I am the owner of the account. I don't know how to activate my account is there no admin in my account please can anyone guide me properly? how do resolve this issue? ( my subscription is Zoom phone basic) Help me please as soon as possible is an emergency.

Hi @aarish12 welcome to the community! Have you looking into the Knowledge Base article on Assigning Zoom Phone Licenses from Zoom One bundle to users? This should take you through the steps you need in-order to assign the Zoom Phone license to yourself. 

 

Seeing you're getting 'your account is inactive. please contact the admin', suggest looking into the Knowledge Base article on Zoom Phone error 403: Your account is inactive if its Zoom Phone related. However, if this is at the Account Level, suggest looking into the Knowledge Base article on Recovering a disabled, inactive, or locked account

 

I highly recommend reading through the suggested knowledge base articles and letting me know if any of them help!
