Hi Everyone,
I am trying to setup one of our team so our main call queue will ring on their desk phone but not on their iphone app.
Is this type of setup possible?
They are a member of a call queue but are often away from their desk. I dont want them to be bothered by the call queue when they are not at their desk whilst still being able to take internal calls.
I realise they can opt in and out of the call queue but this can be easily forgotten.

The call queue will ring each member based on the users settings for call handling. By default, Zoom desktop and Zoom Mobile apps are enabled. If you don't want the users iPhone app to ring? Disable Zoom Mobile apps in the call handling for each user. They can still make outbound calls but it won't ring on all incoming calls. Aside from that, there is no way to configure a call queue to only call certain user devices/apps.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately if I disable mobile apps in the call handling the user cant accept internal calls which is important to us. This is why I have made the suggestion to the ability to deactivate the call queue on specific devices.

If you have an account TAM, I suggest you request a feature enhancement for this function to them because it is not there today. If you don't have a TAM? Add a feature enhancement idea into the Zoom phone community see if you get some backing from other members.
