Hi a few of our users are getting a "Call Salesforce API failed.  Please try again later."  Our admins do not see this issue so I'm assuming it's related to some permission but I can't seem to figure out what.  Does anybody have any ideas?

If it used to work, try this:

Try the following:

  1. Log out.
  2. Before logging back in, press F12 on your keyboard.
  3. A new window will open. Click on the "Application" tab near the top of the window.
  4. On the left side, there will be a list under the word "Application". Click on "Storage".
  5. Now to the right of a button with the words "Clear site data" there is a checkbox "including third-party cookies. Check this box
  6. Now press the "Clear site data" button
  7. Press F12 on your keyboard to close this window
  8. Now login and see if that helped.
