Zoom Workplace phone keyboard shortcuts

Zoom Workplace has some keyboard shortcuts for phone functions, like handling calls that are incoming or in progress.  The shortcuts for making calls are few and awkward.  I found that on my macOS machine, I could use command-F to search for the name of a contact, but once it was found, the keyboard access to select a phone number and dial it is very, very awkward.  Awkward as in very easy to accidentally choose the wrong number.

I wonder whether people in this community have any suggestions for better ways to access phone features via the keyboard.  Maybe there are some other shortcuts I should use.  If not, I think I'll need to send some feature requests to Zoom support.

Hello @lsloan! This support article lists the keyboard shortcuts and prerequisites for multiple operating systems. Additionally, if you are using an iOS device, you can also use Siri for your Zoom app. Hope this helps!
