Keyboard shortcuts for phone calls do not seem to be working

Hello, previously our site was able to use the answer call button on our Jabra headsets to answer contact center calls while we were away from our desk; this feature seemed to have stopped working in the last couple months. 

over the last few days I have been unable to get any of the keyboard shortcuts related to phone calls to work on several different computers. Has there been any changes in these features? These would greatly improve the functionality of zoom contact center for our staff 

specifically the answer phone call function is the most important for our uses.

are your jabra headsets supported by zoom?  which ones are you using?

Update your jabra headsets to the current firmware.
