On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Zoom Phones AUD/NZ

Yesterday our phones worked perfectly, today we have incoming calls but when we answer the line goes dead, same happens when we call out. 

So frustrating and upsetting for our clients, it really isn't good enough.

All we did was download the 'new' desktop version. grrrr

the issues you are having may be network related.  zoom has a network diagnostic tool for zoom phone that may be helpful in determining what is happening.  ask support to enable the tool for you.  please see

i have attached a screen shot.

 

what network speed do you have download and upload?  do you have any packet loss?  i am in las vegas, nevada, usa and not familiar with what speed tests are available in aud/nz.  according to a google search, here are a couple

do you have the same issues with zoom's mobile client for iphone or android with cell data?
