Hello.
We are integrating and testing Zendesk and Zoom Phone.
1. Installed the Zoom Phone for Zendesk app from the Zendesk Marketplace.
2. Clicked the Zoom Phone icon in Zendesk and logged in with the Zoom Admin account.
3. Set permissions for the Zoom Phone for Zendesk app in the Zoom app.
4. In the Zoom App, completed the Zoom Phone for Zendesk settings > Zendesk sub-domain settings and checked the boxes for ticket creation for inbound and outbound calls.
We have completed all the settings and conducted inbound/outbound tests, but tickets are not being created in Zendesk.
