I am the scheduler at my company and schedule most all Zoom meetings for others. Why does this change my availability status to "in a calendar event" and cause me to be marked as unavailable? Is there a setting in the meeting scheduler that I can change?

Hello @MichMissy
I need to know if you are talking about scheduling using the "Zoom Scheduler" or if you are scheduling with "Scheduling privileges" on the account for the members of your account.

Brandon, I am a scheduler (with privileges) . I don't use the Zoom Scheduler. Where would a setting be that causes me to be unavailable or in a calendar event, during a zoom meeting that I scheduled for someone else?

Sounds like you are scheduling for other people using your Zoom account, as opposed to scheduling for them using their Zoom account via scheduling privilege.

Tom, I do not use their accounts. Are you saying that each time I am to schedule a meeting for someone in my company, I should be accessing their Zoom account with scheduling privilege's set to allow me to do so? Is this new? Because we have only recently been having this issue of our status (staff members) being marked as "in a calendar event" and unavailable. There is always some firm partner in a zoom so we are really having troubles with not getting phone calls.
