Is there any way you can remove or unassign or see what template is added to a Zoom phone user? When we create Zoom phone users, we assign different templates depending on security settings, etc. I know where I can manage the individual templates but I cannot find a place where I can remove the template from users or see what users are assigned what templates. Any help would be appreciated 🙂

I think this is due to the fact that templates are an apply once item. i.e. after the template is applied, if you update the template it won't automatically "reapply" the settings to anyone. You have to manually reapply the template to the users again.
This is true for user templates at least. Probably for the other type of templates in that section of the portal. Not true for physical phone templates.
