Hello all,
Just wanted to know if there's a setting, or a different way to set this up, to have the Zoom Desktop Client automatically disable the call queues my Service Desk staff are logged into, when they lock their screens/computers go idle?
Either they forget to go out of the queues, which means incoming calls are just ringing on their desktops with no one answering, or they forget to enable the queues again manually when they return to their desks, and calls don't go into their systems.
We only use the software, with USB headsets directly connected to their computers / so no physical telephones on their desks.
Thanks in advance

In the call routing settings of the Queue set up, you should be able to locate a setting for "skip offline devices." I think this may help.
