Hello All - my company has just switched from 8x8 to Zoom Workplace calling and we're experiencing an odd occurrence with our cursor. While typing in a different program (ex. typing an email in Outlook) our cursor will move from Outlook to Zoom when a call comes in. How can we prevent this? It just happened twice while typing this question! Make that three times. It's very inconvenient and I'm sure it's probably a setting, but I can't find a solution. Help!

Super frustrating! I asked this same question a few months ago and haven't gotten a response. Hoping you get one soon.

hi sophia_jones,
Please describe your Zoom Phone setup. Do you use a desk phone and or a windows client?
If you use a desk phone, you can select your calls to ring on your desk phone but not your desktop apps.
Please go to zoom portal->Personal->Phone->Settings->Call Handling->Edit
Toggle off ‘Zoom Desktop Apps’
Did my response answer your question? If so, please don't forget to mark the reply as an accepted solution.
thanks, eliot
