I want to get rid of the voice in English when I start calling, is it possible?

hi LEEHYUNGYU,

when i start calling by dialing a number, i usually do not hear any voice.  the exception is when i try to make an external call from a phone that does not have a calling plan.  if i am making an external call and my phone does not have a calling plan covering the area i am calling, i hear in english, "the requested service is not available in your calling plan."  the solution to this is to have a calling plan covering countries you need to call.  

if a calling plan is not the issue, zoom has capabilities to:

1.  change the zoom phone  audio prompts including language

2.  change the language on  zoom
