When someone calls my voicemail, it is playing the message twice before allowing them to leave a message. It's causing most people to hang up, assuming it's just a loop message and they can't actually leave a message. It's been frustrating for our main line operators, as they are then getting all my calls from frustrated callers.

Hey @amymfenton welcome to the community! I would like to know if you have a greeting in place before the IVR menu prompts a call. I may be completely wrong, but I wanted to make sure because I've seen cases where the cause was a similar experience, thinking that you have your voicemail greet set up for the IVR prompts and your voicemail within your IVR; where if you're not available or e.g., press 2 for voicemail, the customer will hear that greeting again.
