Verifying who has set up voicemail

We want to verify who in our company has gone in and set up their voicemail. 

Is there a way to run a report or verify who has or has not set up their voicemail. 

We are using desktop client on the latest version 5.17.11

If anyone is interested, I did find a report under Analytics and Reports / Feature Entitlement and finding the correct field.
