Using Multiple Desk Phones?

Hi everyone!

 

Does anyone know anything about being able to pick up phone calls from multiple desk phones in the office? I am not referring to group calls or conference calls, however we are having a  hard time picking up phone calls from different phones in our office. Please let me know if you can help! Thank you!

Yes, you can have multiple phones associated to a user at one time. I would check the Phone System Management > Logs > and you can see inbound calls coming in and what devices are ringing.

 

Please provide the logs or additional details if you are still having issues.

Do you mean when someone else’s phone rings, you would like to answer the call from your phone?

Hi Morgan,

We do have a feature called Group Call Pickup. This feature provides the ability for members to pick up inbound calls for a member of the same group without the need to access that member’s desk phone or Zoom client.
