Our company is new to Zoom and we have over 400 users. When it comes to listening to call recordings, we would like to give each user access to their own recordings and managers access to their team members recordings. At this point we have found that we must manually open each of the 400+ users and add themselves and their manager to have access. That is crazy. Has anyone found a way to do this quicker in the Zoom app, or is there a way to bulk upload that information?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @MichaelLorenz.
There are a couple of Zoom-Phone savvy folks in the Community, but not many, and Zoom Support can surely help you. I'm a very small company using Zoom Phone for 2 users. But here's what I know...
The default configuration when a Zoom Phone plan is added for a user is that if recording is enabled, the user automatically has access to their own recordings. You might need to check any Group to which all staff are assigned to see if there is a special restriction that was added. I've never seen that restriction, so I can't help you find it. But if you have additional trouble with user-level access, I highly recommend a Support Ticket.
As for assigning manager-level access, I've really researched through a couple of sources, and can't find anything that seems to really work at the manager-to-staff member granularity. I'd suggest a separate Support Ticket requesting help with this. If you are on an Enterprise account, you might contact your assigned Account Manager and leverage their ability to reach into the Zoom Phone technical staff, bypassing the Support Ticket route.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
