I had a Zoom meeting today that was recorded on my computer. My computer crashed at the end of my call (that's a whole different story). When I opened Zoom, it said I could convert my meeting. I clicked on it to convert, but it just sat at 0% and didn't move. So, I opened up the file location and tried to convert it manually - again 0% with no motion. Is there any way to convert the meeting without using the Zoom app? Or do you have other suggestions?

hi @ChoirSteve
If you have clicked to convert, showing where the recording is, then this is the right file to produce the recording.
It is the Zoom App that does this.
It is stored in a special format to allow Zoom to process it easily.
It does suggest that the file is corrupted or boken
All the best
