Hi there!
I am trying to set up my number so that all calls go straight to voicemail. I have set the business hours to "none" in order to achieve this.
So far, it seems to be working (i.e., calls go straight to voicemail) HOWEVER, it will play two recordings: First, it plays the voicemail audio file I have created (which I want to play), but once that finishes it plays a second recording, that is a zoom default audio file ("There's no one here to take your call...."). I've searched every setting I can think of and cannot figure out how to disable the second recording!
Any and all help is appreciated!
Thank you.

I set something similar. To have calls go straight to VM i enable business hours with no hours selected. This will then show as Business hours paused. Then On the Closed hours Overflow, Configure "Route to Voicemail" and then apply the greeting/recording here. This will then play the message and let the caller leave a message, rather than here that Zoom default message after the greeting.
