SMS Campaign rejection error message

My campaign was rejected  and now rejected again with the following error:

Not finding anything in my searches and not seeing where I can correct this.

 

Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign BLABLA. Explanation: The web presence is missing a privacy policy/statement and we are unable to review how this customer processes consumer data. -KO

i also got the same:

 

Make changes to the following errors and then resubmit.Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign *****. Explanation: PP states using and selling of personal information. Please update PP to indicate mobile information will not be shared with third parties. JD

Sorry for the trouble this process is causing to you and everyone else.
I figured it out finally.
If you are not sure, please request a call back and have them walk you through the wording and where to add what, etc.

Unfortunate how they are unable to provide clear and consistent guidance!

Yes, there is.
It is very straight forward. 
Instructions on the website that is always changing can also cause so much trouble for new comers.

My SMS Campaign was rejected because the "frequency of text message" was not included in the Zoom-provided verbal consent language. I cannot edit the statement that Zoom provided, but I need to add "frequency of messages may vary" to the Zoom-provided statement. How do I do that? Or what can I do instead of that? 

 

I have the exact same problem.         I have made the changes suggested by Zoom but the campaign keeps being rejected.    I use other providers for other businesses and I never had this issue.   Someone obviously does not know what they are doing over there.       All we are trying to do is respond to inbound texts.

I was able to resolve the problem. If you click on where you add messages, there is an option to add more information. So you cannot add the "message frequency may vary" phrase to the pre-filled section, but you can add it to the additional information section. I did that and resubmitted. My campaign was approved after that.

After so much frustration, I have been to get it approved.
It is not difficult, but I must admit that instructions are more or less misleading.
