SMS Campaign Error Message

Hi,

Whenever I try to submit a new SMS campaign I receive the following error message:

Fail to register SMS campaign due to 400 Bad Request: "[{"code":501,"description":"Length must be between 20 and 320","fields":["helpMessage"]}]". Please contact our support team.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

It looks like the error you're encountering is due to the length of the "helpMessage" field in your SMS campaign. According to the error message, the "helpMessage" must be between 20 and 320 characters long. Here's what you can do to resolve this issue:

  1. Check the Length of Your "helpMessage": Ensure that the "helpMessage" you are trying to submit is within the specified range of 20 to 320 characters.

  2. Adjust the "helpMessage": If your message is too short, add more content to meet the minimum requirement of 20 characters. If it is too long, shorten it to be no more than 320 characters.
