Recommendation on headsets

I am after some recommendations on headsets to use for zoom phones.

We are after something that is plug and play but uses bluetooth.

Do you need simply wireless options, or actual Bluetooth?

Which model phones are you using with Zoom Phone - or are you using the software client?

We utilise the desktop app and iphone and android apps.
