Receiving external calls to my Direct number in Zoom

Hi. Recently I currently cannot receive external calls to my Direct number in Zoom, but I can call out. Is the system down?

all zoom system are up and running and there are no issues for zoom phone reported you can check here:
https://status.zoom.us/

Does alle other numbers are working? Main phone number?
You can check in your dashboard if there is anything you can see or open a case for your specific issue.
