I am trying to find and send a recording.  I have a number but the website won't let me access it.

Hi There,

Unless you are an admin, you can access only your recordings. You will find them under Personal -> Phone -> Recordings

If you are an admin, you can see entire company's recording under Admin -> Phone Systems Management -> Logs -> recordings.

I believe one other option (if you are not an admin), is that an admin can give you access to another person's voicemail via the Access Member List for that person's voicemail....
