Porting a phone number from Zoom

Has anyone tried porting an already active zoom phone number that is owned by someone else? This person has agreed to give me the phone number but I don't know what the next steps are.

Do we have to call together to zoom?

What information will Zoom ask of each? (We don't want to provide confidential information in front of one another)

Could the porting be done by the phone number's owner through zoom.com?
