On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Poly vvx410-Reboot issue

I have an employee that has an issue that whenever someone transfers a call to her, the phone shuts down and reboots in the middle of the conversation. So I tried switching the phone, thinking it might be a hardware issue. I took the phone from our conference room and swapped it because we hardly ever use it.

 

I got the phone up and running on my employees desk, but when I went to plug hers into the conference room, it reboots and asks me for an admin password. I have no idea what this is and have never seen this before. Any ideas?

According to zoom phone certified devices, your poly vvx 410 should have 5.9.3.9694 firmware.  Does this phone have 5.9.3.9694 firmware?

 

Try doing a factory reset on the phone.  The factory reset should update the firmware if not 5.9.3.9694 and also get the latest zoom provisioning.
