Poly E550 Park audio announcement

Hi,

I purchased a poly e550 for testing with zoom phone. When I park a call, it announces the park number several times. Is there a way to completely disable the announcement? or better yet, I would like to have the call go to park without needing to hang up the phone . Thanks

Desk phones are the only method of parking calls that announces the park number.  Desk top and mobile clients do not announce the park number.

You may be able to use aim park call.  Please see Using Call Park support article.

Thanks but I dont believe the links address the issue. I would like to disable the audio announcement.

Also, I though i was using aim park calling - I have setup the line keys on the e550 to display 3 park extensions and they work, they just announce the park.

I also want to disable this announcement on poly E550.  When you use aimed park/pickup it is unnecessary to have it spoken back to you. Plus it speaks it backs three times, so 3x annoying 🙂

I have searched the Poly parameters guide and did not find any setting that may control this behavior, but if anyone knows - please share. Thanks!
