Phone cannot connect

On my office wifi network, the Zoom Desktop and android phone app can connect to the phone service.  However, I cannot connect on my home wifi network on both my android an laptop.  Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot?

Does your home network router/firewall have a setting for SIP ALG.  That is an application layer gateway and can cause issues.
