We currently have main auto receptionists and IVR routing our calls. We would like to live answer calls? Live answer meaning go to a intake coordinator to answer phone calls. Does anyone know how to set this up? Thank you.

hi angela15,
change the route to option on your auto receptionist to route incoming calls to your intake coordinator instead of your ivr.
Changing auto receptionist settings (zoom.com)
if you get multiple calls at once, you might want to route incoming calls to a call queue with your intake coordinator as one of the call queue members.
