Paid Training - does it exist (no self service, docs, videos, etc - that fails every time)

Hi everyone,

 

Does non self-service Zoom Phone System training exist? Both back-end sys admins and end users?

 

I expect this to be a paid training, of course but I can't find any resources. It doesn't have to be provided by Zoom, third party training vendor is fine - I just can't find anything.

 

Our workforce is extremely low-tech and self-anything does NOT work at all; it has to be face-to-face even if via Zoom (not physically in person)

if you have one,  your zoom customer success manager may assist with training.

 

i do not know if your users have desk phones or use zoom clients.

 

i have found 1 or 2 page quick start guides for poly and yealink desk phone users work well.

poly has a one sheet quick start guide with pictures but it is not specific to zoom.
