Enabling Cloud to view previously recorded work meetings

I am trying to enable playback of training videos that were recorded. the link and codes are available, but im not able to access them unless i pay for an account. all of my coworkers are using free accounts. why can't i?

It is not clear what you mean by "enable playback". Are you the admin for the account or are you trying to access videos from another account? Are your coworkers accessing the same videos you want to access? See the following for insights to possible issues
