POLY phone / pickup another extension.

Looking for a solution or a ZOOM enhancement.

 

Background.

We have desk phones that are part of a call queue and phones outside the call queue can pickup a call to queue via a pickup code.

Issue is a member cannot pull, reverse transfer, pickup (whatever term you wish to use) a non-call queue extension when it is ringing.  This was a feature that was used extensively on our former phone system.

Solutions or ideas are welcome. (The person with the non-call queue phones does not always remember to forward their phone to the queue.)
