User's names falling off the Zoom phone

Hi Community,

I have two users whose names are suddenly not appearing on their desk phones. My name appears on their desk phone when I try so it's not the phone. Anyone see this before and can assist?

Have you looked at the logs in Account Management, Reports, User Activity Reports, Phone system Operation Logs.  May need to search on extension depending on the size of your operation.

This should give you a lead on the issue.

 

We are using SSO and if AD does not match with ZOOM DB, things will get dropped.
