Or I have to be a US or Canada resident??

Hello Dear abdessamad13,

 

Your location support Zoom Phone BYOC. You can use zoom phone with your current ITSP.  You need only one sbc device.

Also if you wan use zoom as ITSP . YesYou must be working in the following countries.
