Enabling SMS for a single number account

After successfully porting a number from RingCentral, I cannot enable SMS to work with the single number.  I have tried unbinding the number from the auto attendant, but get the message: "main company number can not change".  Any help would be appreciated!

Ask Zoom support (open Support ticket) to reassign your one telephone number from your auto attendant to your own extension.

 

After this has been done by Zoom support, enable SMS.  At this point, you should be able to receive SMS.
