Hi Team, 

 

We have a query that Can we assign Multiple extensions (5 digit only) not a DID number to zoom phone ?. 

 

Can we configure ??..

You cannot assign multiple extensions to a user or phone etc per the design.

Hello @Yogesh_vrtx, can you elaborate what is it you are trying to accomplish with the extra extensions?

 

As @sachinzoom is stating, you cannot have multiple extensions associated with a single user by design, but depending of what you are trying to do there might be alternatives you could use like "Line Delegation" or "Shared Line Group".
