I am a solopreneur and I have 2 lines which I purchased. I have 2 licenses which I purchased. I already had the 1 company setup on zoom, and with my second license would like to add the second company. However, I need the second line to display a different outgoing caller ID. Is that possible??
Also for my incoming calls would it be possible to have a prefix added to the caller id so I know which number the client is calling to so I can greet them accordingly such as [company 1] 512-512-5125 or [company 2] 512-512-5125

There are multiple ways to set this up depending what features you need.
The easiest way to set this up is to assign both telephone numbers to yourself (your extension). For demo purposes, I assigned telephone numbers ending in 1782 and 6420 to myself. 1782 could represent company 1 and 6420 could represent company 2.
Outgoing Calls. From Zoom Workplace App for iPhone dial pad, you can select which of your numbers you are calling from. Select one number for company 1 and another number for company 2.
Incoming Calls. If you are using Zoom Workplace App for iPhone, incoming calls will display both the caller’s telephone number and name (if available) and the number that the caller called. The following two screenshots show calls from Eliot in both cases but calling to two different telephone numbers. These two numbers are identified after “to You – “. In one case, the telephone number ends with 1782 and in the other case ends with 6420.
Please let me know if this solution works for you or if you need something different.

I have both phone numbers assigned to myself, but how can i mark them to have 2 seperate caller id? If I call from 1 phone number, I would like to say company 1, and for the second number show company 2 for the recipients phone.

This more complicated approach works for me to send company specific outgoing caller-id. When you make an outgoing call, you select which caller-id you want to send. Incoming calls will display the caller-id for the caller and the number the caller dialed.
Add a second Site in addition to your main site. Suggest you rename your main site “Company 1” and add a new site “Company 2”. I am using Company 1 and Company 2 for illustration purposes, but you can use whatever name you want for each site. Assign caller-id name “Company 1” to site Company 1 and caller-id name “Company 2” to site Company 2.
The caller-id names will take up to a few days to be active. Here is an explanation of how caller-id name works.
Frequently asked questions about caller ID
On your site settings enable Outbound Caller ID for Shared Line Group Numbers. You may experience some delay in this being activated.
Unassign your two existing telephone numbers from your user extension. These two numbers will be reassigned to two Shared Line Groups.
Setup two Shared Line Groups (SLG). Shared line group “Company 1” in Company 1 site (former name “Main”) and the second one in “Company 2” site. You can use whatever names you want.
Changing shared line group settings
Assign one of your telephone numbers to SLG “Company 1” and the other telephone number to SLG “Company 2”.
Finally assign yourself as a member of both SLG Company 1 and SLG Company 2.
You will now see that you have the ability to select Company 1 or Company 2 as the outgoing caller-id number.
Incoming calls display who is calling and what telephone number they dialed.
This works with Zoom Workplace Windows Client, Zoom Workplace iPhone app and some desk phones.

Yes, it’s possible, but it depends on how you configure your Zoom Phone setup.
For outgoing caller ID, you can assign each direct number to a specific license/user and choose which number displays when making calls.
For incoming calls, Zoom Phone supports adding a prefix or “call queue display name” so you’ll instantly know if it’s for Company 1 or Company 2 and greet accordingly.
