If I mostly receive texts for TFA do I need to do this campaign thing?

Small business that uses text only for two factor authentication for business login accounts.  In other words we receive texts but never send text.

Do we need to do this campaign nonsense?

Thanks for the response.   I looked over the instructions and to be honest I'll just disable SMS on Zoom and use my work cell for two factor authentication.   I don't send text using Zoom so this campaign nonsense is just that... nonsense.
