I need to port out few numbers out of our Zoom account to another provider

Hi everyone,

These are few DIDs that we need to port out. The other company is asking for CSR (Customer Service Record) and BTN (Billing Telephone Number)?

Do these things exist in Zoom and if yes how can I obtain this info from my Zoom account so I can provide it to the other party?

Thanks

Boyan

hi boyan,

once a number is ported away, it is impossible or very difficult to get it back.

please see these policy, faq and support articles:

@Eliot Thanks, yes that's totally understandable, I just wanted to see the process and your links were helpful, with account # and PIN used for authentication methods on port-out requests by Zoom Phone, the legacy instruments such as CSR and BTN are not needed and updated by 30 years or so

That is absolute bull crap.  Its very easy to port and zoom has to, by law, provide your csr # for porting.   Their service sucks, support is worse and now they lie.  Used to be a great company, not anymore.
