I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me

For the past 2 days whenever I make a call on zoom phone I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. I tested my audio in settings and nothing is working. I have microphone enabled for zoom in my settings. I don't know why it is all of a sudden not working, i already followed this article but didn't work
