How can I see the transcriptions of the phone calls?

Hello @DAVIDBASTIDAGAR 
Take a look to this article with the solution. If you are the Zoom Administrator, just follow the instructions to allow the feature to be activated. If not, then provide this instructions to the Zoom Phone Administrator, assuming there is/was no policy that caused this to be disabled at the account level to begin with.
