Give phone user access to recordings

Hi Community,

I would like to allow one of my phone users to listen to recordings made by others on her team.   Nothing else, just recorded phone calls.  If this is possible, how do I go about setting it up?

Lauri,

 

In the Zoom Portal, under Phone System Management > Users & Rooms you can click on the users whose recording's you'd like shared with the supervisors, go to the policy tab and add the supervisor to the "Access Member List"
