On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Fail to parse number on

The users are already under the Users & Room section but their extension numbers are incorrect, no DIDs are assigned to the user and no calling packages are assigned to the user as well. I created a CSV file and when I try to import it, I get a message "Fail to parse number on". I added the DID as '+xxxxxxxxxx but does not work.

@MBA1 - Are you using Excel to edit your CSV file?  I have had similar issues (but not exactly the same) since Excel will add an apostrophe at the beginning of the number that makes it invalid.  You might want to edit the file in Notepad to make sure the data is exactly like you want it to look.
