Delete the AutoReceptionist on Zoom Phone

The auto-receptionist cannot be deleted on my setup for some reason. She picks up all the calls and doesn't let them ring to my phone. I've followed the setup directions on how to remove the auto-receptionist but the notes don't tie up to what is actually showing on my screen. Any ideas on how to get rid of her?

The main auto receptionist cannot be removed.

 

However, If you do not want it to ring to the Auto Receptionist then you can remove the phone number from the Auto Receptionist and move the number to a User .

 

What Route to option are you using in the Auto Receptionist by chance?
