SMS- Messages deleted and new messages not showing up unless I click the phone notification

Have not had Zoom acknowledge this yet but seems to be a widespread issue. Last Friday, all SMS messages between that day and December of 2024 were erased. On top of that, when a new SMS comes in, I see the pop-up notification on my phone, but when I open zoom the sms does not populate. I have to click the pop-up notification to be able to read it or I will miss it. Obviously, this is a major issue on both ends. Any fix coming?????

This is happening to me as well.  I see the messages on my macbook with the zoom app, but on my iPhone, the messages are not populating.

I am not seeing any acknowledgement or remedy from Zoom on this and I can't keep this up so I'm actively waiting on SMS approval with another provider and will port my number there once done and be done with Zoom.
