Delayed voicemails

Hi,

 

I am receiving voicemails hours after missed calls.  Anyone else having this issue?  How do I fix this?  Thanks.

Hey @riceq, I'd check the following to see if anything is related to your issue. 

  • Could this be related to the time zone configured
  • Verify with your mail provider that they're not having any issues such as an outage
  • Check Firewall/spam filters that could be causing the delay
