i had a similar experience with a community bank in new jersey with 400 employees and 30 locations. from start to finish it took 90 days. bank used zoom pso for guidance, porting from multiple carriers and complex setups. on cutover, the old avaya phones stopped ringing and the new poly started ringing. after more than one year, not a single complaint to IT. cfo likes the 2/3 reduction in costs.
