I have done a factory reset and added the phone to the devices on my Zoom app. But how do I get the actual phone synced up? Don't I need to sign in somewhere on it? Desperately need help PLEASE!!

It should use zero touch provisioning to self provision when rebooted unless:
Check your firmware, and if not close to 6.4.3, upgrade it to something close.
If not that, can do the manual provisioning as described in the web portal.

If the firmware is now updating (what version was it at?), it will probably use zero touch provisioning and connect to zoom automatically unless something else is wrong....

If you do end up needing to do the manual provisioning, get the IP address of the phone from the phone menus and open it in a web browser so can fill out the fields as described in the web portal. But you really would rather use zero touch if at all possible, esp. if you have more than a few phones.
