Cannot call using Zoom Phone - Zoom Community

When I am dialing a US number from the account, I hear an error message: Sorry, the requested service is not available in your calling plan.

Please help. But I have already subscribed and paid for the Phone plan.

1. assign your calling plan to your zoom phone user extension.

2. assuming you are in the u.s.a., your zoom phone plan should be a us/canada metered or unlimited plan.
