I have a zoom webinar with live french interpretation. For attendees joining by phone call only, how can they access this french channel?

Interpretation is not available on Zoom for dial in participants. You may want to use a separate computer running the french interpretation audio channel and also running a phone bridge, then have French participants dial in to that phone bridge number. You may need a skilled engineer to configure this setup.
