I have configured the Account Management > Account Settings > Zoom Phone > Automatic Call Recording = True / Enabled.
I have ensured the Access Member List includes my accounts and I have access to Access, Download, Delete, Play all recordings.
When I log into Zoom and go to Phone > Recordings tab, there are no calls in the list to listen to.
Can I please get some assistance with this issue?
